elegant place, you know. our standard king room had a heating system, a private safe and a work desk. got wake up calls free of charge, not bad too.

Amazing base for exploring Zermatt. The little french little french hotel had helpful staff. We had a sunny balcony. We really enjoyed the great breakfast.
There's bad smell in some areas.
